Cool Coral Bay!

We left Exmouth and drove to Coral Bay.  We stayed at Bayview Caravan Park.  I had a great time with some friends jumping on a huge inflatable cushion.

The next day we went snorkelling at Coral Bay on the Ningaloo Reef.  The Ningaloo Reef stretches along the Western Australian coast for 300km.
On the beach we saw a Perentie Lizard on the rocks.  He was massive and very cool!

While I was snorkelling I saw another Parrot fish and heaps of other fish of all sizes and colours.  The coral looked like heaps of lettuces and there were places on the reef that looked like little gardens.  It was very beautiful!

I saw several nice big sea slugs like this one

I saw this brain coral
We snorkelled for a couple of hours but then we got out because it was freezing cold and my body felt like it was going to shut down!
One of the best things about Coral Bay is its bakery which has the best meat pies, lamingtons and custard tarts EVER!

Our next stop is Carnarvon which has some pretty interesting places to visit which I will tell you about in my next blog.
